Okay, maybe not so much
I didn’t sleep well last night. That messed me up for today. I did what I could when I got to work but had to leave early because I was losing my ability to focus (and stay awake).
I slept as soon as I got home. I woke up at 7 pm after five hours of sleep. This was a good move. I feel a little groggy, but also more grounded.
So, let’s try this sleep thing again tonight, yeah? I know I just woke up, but I think I can give it another go in a couple of hours. Hopefully the mishap today is my body’s attempt at regulating my sleep schedule.
