Better week

Ah, stock images.

This week has worked out better than the last one. My energy levels are still low, but my mood is up and I am taking advantage of.

I initially had another topic in mind for this post, but it got too complex and I was running out of time and patience. So, this short check-in is the result.

It’s important for me to know when I’m pushing myself unnecessarily. That last word is the key. I am not saying I shouldn’t challenge or stress myself. What I am saying is that I have to be careful in how and when I choose to spend my energy.

If I do it wrong, then I burn out. Yet, if I don’t do anything at all, the pent up energy burns me out from the inside. So the only recourse is to just do it.

On an unrelated note, I am going to hike to The Bridge to Nowhere in the San Gabriel mountains. That should be fun. I’ll try to post some pictures.
