Okay! We’re at the end of another Friday. Time for a new blog post.
My focus on fitness is going well. I walked for about an hour. I plan on doing at least another half-hour. I didn’t do any kind of exercise last Friday. So far so good!
I can feel myself become more relaxed by the day. My body definitely craved exercise. I just need to ensure that I keep up with the rest of my priorities, like my writing. I will end up feeling depressed again if I just focus on exercise.
Anyway, that’s it for today. I want to go on a trip soon. Actually, I wanted to stay at an AirBNB in Idyllwild this very evening. Unfortunately, everything that’s affordable has been booked. I’m always a last-minute planner, so I am used to this.
That said, I’ll plan out my stay a few weeks out. I want a good price.
